Planning Board Meeting Minutes January 8th 2009
Members Present: Co-Chair; Cindy Hoogs, Maggie Leonard, Alan Soloman, Bridget Krans, Steve Rose, and Larry Klein
To order: 7:00 P.M.
- Special Permit application- Mr. and Mrs. Rosen on Point Road filed a special permit application to construct a 2nd floor addition on their home. The lot is non-conforming in size and- structure as well as set back. There will be no change in the building foot print or height.. Larry moved to make a favorable recommendation, Maggie seconded and the board unanimously agreed.
- KSA- The board discussed the letters sent from the building inspector and the board of Selectmen to Marcl White and the response. The board discussed what actions could be taken to help the camp operate year round.
- Common Driveway public hearing- the common driveway bylaw public hearing was continued until tonight due to weather at the time of the previous meeting. The hearing was officially opened at 7:30 P.M. There was no public present. The board discussed the bylaws and made any changes that they felt was necessary. A special town meeting will be set up for March.
